A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Adam began his career in Residential Home Finance in 2008 with Washington Mutual. Some would say this was the worst period in history for the Real Estate Market, especially the Mortgage Industry. With foreclosures on the rise, Credit Underwriting Guidelines tightening day by day, and the US economy on the verge of collapse, it was not a fun time to be in the Lending business. But it was through this difficult time that Adam was able to not only succeed but excel. He was assisting Home Owners who were under water on their homes with lowering their payments via HARP (Home Affordable Refinance). "The look on the Home Owners face when I was able to help them lower their payment even though they had zero equity was the highest reward to me. We were able to save them from losing their homes", says Adam. Although it was a sizable portion of his business during those times, he did also focus on building relationships with local Real Estate Brokers & Home Builders which is what majority of his business is built on today.

Adam was born and raised in Livermore, CA. He graduated from Granada High School in 1999 and received a full Baseball scholarship to further his studies in Business Administration and Communications at East Carolina University.

Being a long time resident of Livermore, its safe to say Adam knows each and every street in his hometown. Combine this with his home lending experience and you can rest easy knowing you are in good hands. Adam still resides in his hometown of Livermore. On his off time he spends time with his wife Stacey and their four children Avery, Charlotte, Brady and Caden. He is still very actively involved in the world of baseball, spending his off time helping with coaching and mentoring of high school students, as well as playing in adult leagues. He is also involved in numerous charities. Please call Adam today if you are in need of advice in regards to home loans.
